Melissa Dixon

Melissa is responsible for seeing the loans through the loan process after origination. Once the borrower has gone into escrow, she will see the process through until the end. She also maintains communication with escrow companies, title companies, and appraisers, keeping the process moving forward quickly. Melissa is also in charge of all of the clerical duties that come up including accounting and management. She is a notary public and is the contact for all of the listings for ST Mortgage as she is the office Realtor.

Shell Robles

Shell is the Homebuying Seminar Coordinator. Her responsibilities include seminar marketing, scheduling dates and locations, student registrations and confirmations, seminar materials, and set-up. Shell then processes and coordinates credit scores and pre-approval appointments with Sandra.
