Sandra received a B.S. from Rutgers in New Jersey, which she attended on a full athletic scholarship. Following college, she played basketball professionally in Venezuela, and earned a spot in the Rutgers Womens' Basketball Hall of Fame. Her current hobbies are golf, hiking and fitness.
